Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 30 à 60 cm. Tige . Feuilles de 3 à 5, de 130-250 × 25-60 mm, elliptiques, oblongues. Bractées lancéolées. Eperon de 20 à 22 mm, cylindrique. Sépale dorsal en coiffe, ovale, de 3-4 × 0-5 mm. Sépales latéraux triangulaires. Pétales linéaires, de 0-4 × 0-1 mm. Labelle trilobé.
