Plante terrestre. Taille de 35 à 45 cm. Eperon de 25 à 30 mm, plus long que l'ovaire. Sépale dorsal elliptique. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, oblongs, de 0-18 × 0-5 mm. Labelle trilobé. Chromosomes : 2n=42,46,48,56.
