Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 50 cm. 2 feuilles, en rosette basale, . Bractées plus courtes que l'ovaire, lancéolées. Eperon de 8 à 10 mm, plus court que l'ovaire. Sépale dorsal concave, ovale, de 0-5 × 2-4 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, de 0-5 × 2-4 mm. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs, de 0-5 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé. Chromosomes : 2n=42.
