Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 20 cm. Feuilles de 7 à 8, de 20-50 × 10-20 mm, lancéolées, ovales, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 10 à 10. Sépale dorsal elliptique, oblong, ovale, de 9-10 × 4-5 mm. Sépales latéraux oblongs, ovales, de 5-10 × 5-6 mm. Pétales oblongs, ovales, de 6-7 × 4-5 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 8-9 × 3-4 mm.
