Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 8, de 25-80 × 20-30 mm, lancéolées, ovales. Fleurs de 2 à 20, vertes. Sépale dorsal en coiffe, lancéolé, oblong, de 6-16 × 3-7 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs, de 6-16 × 2-6 mm. Pétales oblancéolés, de 6-16 × 2-6 mm. Labelle ovale, de 7-13 × 6-10 mm.
