Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 34 cm. Feuilles de 10 à 14, de 35-75 × 15-25 mm, oblongues, ovales, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées, linéaires. Inflorescence . Fleurs de 5 à 20, blanches, roses. Sépale dorsal oblong, de 7-9 × 3-4 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs, de 8-9 × 3-4 mm. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs, de 7-8 × 2-3 mm. Labelle en sabot, de 7-10 × 3-4 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=30.
