Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 30 cm. Tige pubescente. Feuilles de 3 à 6, de 12-25 × 6-11 mm, en rosette basale, à nervures anastomosées, ovales, pétiolées. Bractées plus longues que l'ovaire. Inflorescence spiralée. Ovaire sessile. Fleurs de 10 à 30, à périanthe en casque, blanches. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 4-5 × 1-2 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales, de 4-5 × 3-4 mm. Pétales lancéolés, de 4-4 × 2-3 mm. Labelle avec cupule ou hypochile, avec languette ou épichile, de 2-3 × 1-2 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=30. Biotopes : forêts de conifères. Type de sol : calcaire, aiguilles de conifères.
