Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 40 à 100 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 5, de 150-250 × 43-100 mm, en rosette basale, elliptiques, ovales. Fleurs de 25 à 50, blanches, jaunes, vertes. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 5-6 × 2-3 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs, de 5-7 × 1-2 mm. Pétales linéaires, oblancéolés, de 4-5 × 1-2 mm. Labelle ovale, trilobé, de 8-9 × 4-5 mm.
