Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 60 cm. Inflorescence . Sépale dorsal oblong, de 10-15 × 2-4 mm. Sépales latéraux oblongs, de 10-15 × 2-6 mm.

Commentaires

La synonymie de Galeandra juncea est discutée, Galeandra styllomisantha pourrait être restreinte aux alentours de Rio de Janeiro et il pourrait même y avoir une troisième espèce au nord de Panama.
