Plante terrestre. Taille de 60 à 90 cm. Bractées lancéolées, linéaires. Inflorescence . Sépale dorsal elliptique, oblong, de 20-30 × 3-4 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, oblongs, de 20-30 × 3-4 mm. Pétales oblongs, de 20-30 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé.
