Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Feuilles de 1 à 3, de 100-190 × 5-12 mm, en rosette basale, lancéolées, linéaires. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Fleurs de 1 à 6. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, linéaires, de 17-23 × 2-3 mm. Pétales elliptiques, lancéolés, de 15-25 × 8-9 mm. Labelle trilobé.
