Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 7 à 23 cm. 2 feuilles, de 30-50 × 10-18 mm, en rosette basale. Fleur unique, blanche. Eperon de 0 à 35 mm. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, oblong, de 15-18 × 0-6 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs, de 15-25 × 10-15 mm. Pétales oblongs, ovales, de 15-25 × 10-15 mm.
