Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 40 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 10, lancéolées, linéaires. Bractées lancéolées, plus longues que l'ovaire. Inflorescence cylindrique, en épi. Eperon de 8 à 10 mm. Sépale dorsal ovale. Sépales latéraux ovales. Labelle entier, trilobé. Biotopes : forêts de conifères.
