Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 70 cm. Tige pubescente. Feuilles de 4 à 6, carénées, lancéolées, ovales. Ovaire subsessile. Fleurs de 1 à 3, blanches, violettes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, soudés. Pétales lancéolés, linéaires. Labelle en sabot.
