Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 20 cm. Tige pubescente. 2 feuilles, carénées, ovales. Bractées lancéolées. Ovaire pédicellé. Fleurs de 2 à 4, violettes, vertes, brunes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, soudés. Pétales ovales, à apex acuminé. Labelle en sabot.
