Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 25 à 60 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 6, de 70-150 × 45-100 mm, elliptiques. Fleur unique, blanche, jaune. Sépale dorsal concave, lancéolé, ovale, de 30-40 × 12-18 mm. Sépales latéraux soudés, de 30-40 × 12-18 mm. Labelle en sabot. Dessins du labelle : points. Chromosomes : 2n=20.
