Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 5 à 8 cm. Feuille unique, de 10-13 × 8-10 mm, cordées. Bractées lancéolées, linéaires. Inflorescence . Fleur unique. Sépale dorsal concave, en coiffe, oblancéolé, de 13-14 × 4-5 mm. Sépales latéraux filiformes, de 8-9 × 0-1 mm. Pétales filiformes, de 7-8 × 0-1 mm. Labelle oblong, de 10-12 × 10-12 mm.
