Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 60 cm. Tige dressée, glabre. Feuilles absentes. Ovaire pédicellé. Fleurs de 0 à 40, blanches, violettes, brunes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, oblong. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs. Labelle oblong, ovale. Chromosomes : 2n=20.
