Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 18 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 5, de 13-80 × 8-24 mm, en rosette basale, lancéolées, ovales. Bractées ovales, triangulaires. Fleurs de 1 à 7. Sépale dorsal oblong, triangulaire. Sépales latéraux oblongs, triangulaires. Pétales lancéolés. Labelle en spatule.
