Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 12 à 24 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 5, de 6-11 × 4-8 mm, elliptiques, ovales, . Bractées elliptiques, lancéolées. Fleurs de 4 à 5. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale, de 3-4 × 1-2 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés. Pétales elliptiques, de 3-4 × 0-1 mm.
