Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 30 cm. 3 feuilles, de 200-300 × 60-121 mm, elliptiques, lancéolées, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 2 à 10, violettes, brunes. Eperon de 0 à 23 mm. Sépale dorsal elliptique, de 18-20 × 7-9 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, de 18-20 × 7-9 mm. Pétales , de 17-18 × 4-5 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 23-24 × 18-19 mm.
