Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. 4 feuilles, de 150-250 × 37-70 mm, lancéolées. Fleurs de 4 à 5, blanches, jaunes. Eperon de 0 à 15 mm. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 0-7 × 0-3 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales, de 0-7 × 0-3 mm. Labelle ovale, trilobé.
