Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 80 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 7, de 0-1200 × 0-150 mm, pétiolées. Fleurs de 0 à 150, jaunes. Eperon de 0 à 10 mm, cylindrique. Sépale dorsal ovale, à apex acuminé, de 9-12 × 4-5 mm. Sépales latéraux ovales, à apex acuminé, de 9-12 × 4-5 mm. Pétales ovales, à apex acuminé, de 9-12 × 4-6 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 8-9 × 5-6 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=20,40.
