Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 40 cm. Feuilles de 5 à 7, de 60-240 × 30-70 mm, elliptiques, oblongues, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 15 à 20, violettes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, ovale, de 10-16 × 4-5 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, de 10-16 × 4-5 mm. Pétales linéaires, oblongs, de 10-12 × 0-1 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 10-15 × 6-10 mm.
