Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 60 à 100 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 6, de 0-300 × 0-60 mm, elliptiques, lancéolées. Bractées lancéolées, linéaires. Fleurs de 20 à 30. Sépale dorsal elliptique, oblong, de 9-11 × 3-4 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, oblongs, de 9-11 × 3-4 mm. Pétales elliptiques, ovales, de 8-10 × 3-4 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 9-12 × 5-7 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=40,42.
