Plante terrestre. Feuilles de 3 à 4, de 0-370 × 0-90 mm, pétiolées. Fleurs de 10 à 10, blanches, rouges. Sépale dorsal lancéolé. Sépales latéraux lancéolés. Pétales lancéolés, de 0-27 × 0-4 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 0-23 × 0-22 mm.
