Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 32 à 85 cm. 3 feuilles, de 200-400 × 50-120 mm. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 7 à 20, jaunes, brunes. Eperon de 2 à 3 mm. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, oblong, de 25-35 × 6-10 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs, de 25-35 × 6-10 mm. Pétales elliptiques, de 0-23 × 0-6 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 18-24 × 14-15 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=40.
