Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. 3 feuilles, de 230-260 × 40-90 mm, oblongues, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Fleurs de 6 à 10. Eperon de 5 à 10 mm. Sépale dorsal elliptique, de 11-13 × 6-7 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, de 11-13 × 6-7 mm. Pétales oblongs, oblancéolés, de 11-12 × 3-5 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 10-13 × 0-18 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=40.
