Description sommaire
Plante terrestre. Taille de 30 à 60 cm. Feuilles de 2 à 3, de 300-340 × 70-85 mm, elliptiques, lancéolées, pétiolées. Sépale dorsal oblong, de 15-19 × 0-7 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, ovales, de 16-19 × 0-5 mm. Pétales lancéolés, oblongs, de 13-16 × 3-4 mm. Labelle ovale, trilobé, de 13-16 × 9-11 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=40.
