Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 30 à 56 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 4, de 200-260 × 50-56 mm, lancéolées, oblongues. Bractées lancéolées. Inflorescence en épi. Fleurs de 0 à 25, violettes. Eperon de 1 à 2 mm, conique, plus long que l'ovaire. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, oblong, de 13-20 × 6-7 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, oblongs, de 14-20 × 6-7 mm. Pétales lancéolés, de 11-17 × 4-6 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 9-14 × 10-12 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=40.
