Plante terrestre. 2 feuilles, de 160-280 × 45-70 mm, elliptiques, pétiolées. Fleurs de 3 à 6. Eperon de 5 à 6 mm, cylindrique. Sépale dorsal elliptique, de 23-32 × 7-8 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, de 23-32 × 7-8 mm. Labelle elliptique, oblong, de 24-27 × 11-13 mm.
