Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 20 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 4, de 0-280 × 7-30 mm, elliptiques, lancéolées. Fleurs de 5 à 18, blanches, jaunes, vertes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, de 17-22 × 0-4 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 17-22 × 0-4 mm. Pétales linéaires, de 17-22 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 11-18 × 6-7 mm.
