Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 25 cm. Feuilles de 4 à 10, de 0-200 × 0-25 mm, lancéolées, linéaires, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Fleurs de 10 à 15, blanches. Eperon de 0 à 6 mm. Sépale dorsal oblong, de 0-9 × 5-6 mm. Sépales latéraux oblongs, ovales, de 0-9 × 4-5 mm. Pétales elliptiques, oblongs, de 0-9 × 4-5 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 0-9 × 0-5 mm.
