Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 12 à 45 cm. Feuille unique, de 50-120 × 7-18 mm, elliptiques, lancéolées. Fleurs de 1 à 3, jaunes, rouges, vertes. Pétales filiformes, de 35-55 × 2-3 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 15-24 × 20-30 mm.
