Plante terrestre. Taille de 35 à 40 cm. Fleurs de 6 à 10. Sépale dorsal oblong, à apex obtus. Sépales latéraux oblongs, à apex obtus. Pétales oblongs, à apex obtus. Labelle rhombique.
