Plante terrestre. Taille de 40 à 70 cm. Feuilles absentes. Bractées lancéolées. Fleurs de 10 à 20, blanches, brunes. Sépale dorsal lancéolé, de 30-35 × 7-8 mm. Sépales latéraux lancéolés, de 30-35 × 7-8 mm. Pétales lancéolés. Labelle trilobé.
