Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 10 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 2 à 4, de 15-35 × 10-30 mm, elliptiques, ovales. Bractées ovales. Fleurs de 2 à 15, blanches. Eperon de 2 à 7 mm, conique. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 6-7 × 2-4 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, oblongs, de 6-7 × 2-3 mm. Pétales oblancéolés, de 7-8 × 1-2 mm.
