Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 12 à 30 cm. Feuilles de 3 à 6, de 30-80 × 18-50 mm, elliptiques, ovales, pétiolées. Bractées lancéolées, ovales. Fleurs de 3 à 12, jaunes, vertes, roses. Sépale dorsal ovale, de 4-6 × 4-5 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, oblongs, de 6-8 × 3-5 mm. Pétales elliptiques, ovales, de 5-6 × 3-4 mm. Labelle entier.
