Description sommaire

Plante terrestre. Taille de 40 à 55 cm. Feuille unique, de 302-490 × 35-92 mm, elliptiques, pétiolées. Fleurs de 5 à 15. Eperon de 2 à 4 mm. Sépale dorsal elliptique, de 16-34 × 2-7 mm. Sépales latéraux elliptiques, de 11-36 × 2-7 mm. Pétales elliptiques, de 13-31 × 3-6 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 11-18 × 7-12 mm. Chromosomes : 2n=40,72.
