Plante terrestre. Taille de 0 à 12 cm. Fleurs de 0 à 6, jaunes, rouges. Sépale dorsal oblong, à apex obtus, de 25-30 × 12-15 mm. Sépales latéraux oblongs, de 30-38 × 17-19 mm. Labelle trilobé, de 0-29 × 0-11 mm.
